After breakfast We start the day towards the Middle Atlas, to visit Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Africa. The next village will Azrou “the rock”, Berber village known for its tradition in crafts, carpets and wood sculpture, then arrival in Midelt. Follow the road for the Tizi Talghemt or Camel Collar, at 1,907 meters altitude. The relief is impressive, the mountains are completely bare. Arrival in Errachidia where the Tafilalet massif develops to the Erfoud palm grove where we will visit the most important fossil quarries in Morocco, that same city is also famous for the best dates in the country. We will continue along the track until we reach the famous sand dunes of Erg Chebbi near Merzouga. To rest in the hotel and prepare to go into the desert. We will continue until we reach the famous Gorges of Todra, a favorite place for climbers and lovers of trekking, where you will have free time to walk among the gorges and refresh yourself in the river. We will continue towards the valley of Dades through the “Route of the thousand Kashbas” and we will go to the beautiful gorges of Dades, following the course of the river that will take us into landscapes full of strange geological formations, abandoned kasbahs, Berber villages and leafy orchards. After breakfast we will continue to Ouarzazate, where we will make a panoramic view of the Taourirt kasbah. Ouarzazate the capital of the Cinema, also known as the “Hollywood of Morocco”, so if you are interested in the cinema we recommend a visit to the studios, where many famous films have been filmed. 30 kms from Ouarzazate we will visit the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO). In the afternoon we continue our way through the High Atlas mountains crossing the Tizi Ntichka pass (2,260m altitude), making the stops you want to enjoy the spectacular mountain landscapes with their stone villages in their valleys or hillsides.
